Here am using Green gram flour instead of Besan flour.
Tamarind juice/ Sour Butter milk : 1 cup
Curry leaves, coriander lews : Few
Jaggery : 1- 2 tsp
Chopped, fried Ladies finger : 1 cup (optional)
Oil : 1 TbspSaute for few mins, when onion turns to slight brown, add buttermilk
bring it to boil, add water, now add the green gram flour paste to it, let it come to boil, now add jaggery, salt, here am adding chopped & fried ladies finger/bendekai, this goes well with Junka.
let it boil for few minutes, turn off the flame, finally add some chopped coriander leaves.
You can make it more tangy , more spicy by varying the proportions of tamarind juice, chillies & jaggery.

If its made to the thickness of sauce it can be had with roti.
if its made to the thickness of sambhar can be had with rice. It can be
made more thick also, so it can be cut in to cubes, will share that
some day.
