Ingredients:
Boiled Corn (Salted) – 1 cup
Butter -2 tbsp
Grated Carrot – 1 medium size
Finely Chopped Garlic – 1 tbsp
Finely Chopped ginger – 1 tbsp
Finely Chopped Onion – 1
Salt to taste
Red Chilly Powder – as per requirements (or you can use Chat Masala also)
Lemon Juice – 1tsp.
Method:
Heat a frying pan, add butter, and then add garlic pieces fry till golden brown.
Add finely chopped ginger and onion, put salt and fry till golden brown.
Add grated carrot fry till it cooks. Now add boiled corns and chilly powder (Chat Masala) mix well & stir for 5mins. Add lemon juice and turn of the fire. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves. You can also add finely chopped onion, tomato and sev
Eat when hot.

Ingredients:
Bread Slices - 8
Boiled Corn (Salted) – 1cup
Mozzarella Cheese – 2tbsp
White Pepper – to taste
Method:
Mix boiled corns, grated cheese & pepper powder.
Remove sides of bread, dip in water, and remove water by pressing it gently.
Place a spoon full of corn mix in the bread & press the sides so that it’s closed.
Shallow fry this bread patties. Eat when it is hot with green chutney.
