Tomatoes - 2 -3
Onion - 1 medium
Curry,Coriander leaves - few
Redchilli powder - 1 - 2 tsp (to the taste)
Uchellu pudi - 1-2 tsp (as per taste)
Sugar - 1/2 tsp (optional)
Salt - to the taste
Oil - 1 tsp
Wash the tomatoes, cut them in to small pieces, chop onion into small pieces.
Now take a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients, mix well.
This side dish goes well with chapati, Jolada roti, akki roti..
