 Moolangi Mosaru Bajji
I find this Radish curd raitha as an awesome side dish for chapathi, paratha & with rice items like capsicum rice.
Ingredients :
Radish : 2 -3
Channa dal / Urad dal : 1/2 - 1  tsp
Curd : 1 bowl ( as per requirement)
Curry, coriander leaves : few
Oil : 1 tsp for seasoning
Salt : per taste


Method:

Wash & peel the radish, grate them.


Now take curd in bowl, if you want you can beat the curd.
Take oil in a vessel, add mustard seeds, channa dal/ urad dal , when they turn to brown add, curry leaves, chopped green chillies. let it cool, when it is cooled down add grated radish & curd to it mix well, add salt, add chopped coriander.



Serve with Paratha/chapathi/rice as side dish.
