This is a sweet dish prepared from ripe mangoes preferably sweet ones. This dish is a best combination with Huranada Holige, can be had with chapati too.
Mangoes : 3 -4
Banana : 2
Cardamom : 1 crushed
Jaggery : to the taste
Salt : a pinch
Wash & cut the Mangoes, remove the pulp, i used spoon to do this.
Take jaggery in a vessel add small amount of water, make a watery syrup. Add chopped pieces of bananas to it.
Now add mango pulp, cardamom powder to the vessel.
If you want you can smash the pulp to get an even consistency, can add more water to make it watery , its your wish how you want to have it.
Serve with Holige.
